Batista didn't get Ariel fired. They had an argument, but she wasn't fired for it.
She was let go because Vince McMahon didn't really like her. She was on the roster as a favor to Paul Heyman, and once Heyman was let go, McMahon had no reason to keep her. She was let go in a series of roster cuts.
